Now the Russian agriculture production develops obviously insufficient rates counting upon export. In 2006 export have increased for 1 billion US dollar. At the same time import of products has increased more than on 4 billion US dollar.
As a result the negative balance in foreign trade has reached a new record level – 15.5 billion US dollar. According to experts of the National union of foodstuffs exporters if the developed tendencies will receive continuation in five years this parameter will increase in comparison with a present level more than in 1,5 times and will reach 24 billion US dollar. It means, that alongside with measures on optimization of import it is necessary to stimulate export actively

Such volumes of packaging materials manufacture will inevitably lead to ecological threat to the population as the used packaging mostly is not recycled. In this connection a biodegradable packaging becomes the most perspective
